C channel purlins are manufactured from hi-tensile, zinc coated steel strips,the processing is cold rolled by machine.The steel standards of C channel are Q195/235/345,which is meaning the yield strength no less than 195/235/345MPa.The zinc coating is 60-275g/m²(coating mass).For other standard requirement and zinc coating,please indicate,when inquiry.We could also accept to make steel purlins in ASTM standards,EN standards or AS standards.Regarding zinc coating,our max coating is 450g/m².Please be noted,thank you.
C purlin accessories is including brackets,bolts,steel rods etc.If you need us to offer full set of accessories,please let us know in advance,and we will have our engineer to help offer professional advice for your project.

5. Packaging and handling:
Our C channel purlins and girts are supplied in strapped bundles.Usually bundle size is dependent,as per section size, length and total order,but generally, unless specified otherwise, bundles will weigh approximately 500kg (maximum) for ease of handling and cranage.
Under normal conditions, we can supply purlins in lengths up
to your requirement.Lengths longer than this have special transport and on-site handling requirements. Care must be taken when handling long lengths. Lifting must be carried out using a suitable spreader beam with properly located lifting points and slings.
6. Some safety notes:
1) All rigging, scaffolding and safety equipment must comply with the local standards and statutory requirements;
2) Our steel prulins are not designed to be walked on unless fully
covered by correctly installed roofing materials or the correct grade of safety mesh;
3) This product must be handled using a properly supervised crane or suitable lifting device. When working on the ground, the belts must always be used when installing pur and g. In any case, no weight shall be placed on the bridge, or on the g-bars that are not completely fixed in place and are properly bridged. The bolts must be of the correct size and grade and all bolts must be fully tightened during installation. The washers must be bolted to the outer web holes (closest to the sheet) and provided with inner flange holes.
