These structural panels feature a three-layer composite design:

External facings: High-tensile steel/aluminum sheets (0.4-1.0mm) with box rib trapezoidal profiling for enhanced load-bearing capacity (up to 200kg/m²).

Core material: Rigid polyurethane foam (PU) insulation (40-150mm thick) with closed-cell structure, delivering thermal conductivity of 0.022-0.025W/mK.

Bonding system: Continuous hot-press lamination ensures full adhesion between layers, achieving peel strength >150kPa (EN 14509).
