The Aluminum-Magnesium-Manganese roofing panel is a cost-effective roofing and exterior wall insulation material. It is widely recognized as a roofing and exterior wall material with a design life of more than 50 years, due to its structural strength, weather resistance, stain resistance and easy bending and welding. If the building is designed as maritime climate constructure, the 5052 marine grade aluminum alloy material with stronger corrosion resistance can be selected.

Al-Mg-Mn alloy plate application:

Al-Mg-Mn alloy plate are widely used in airport terminals, aircraft maintenance warehouses, stations and large transportation hubs, conference and exhibition centers, stadiums, showrooms, large public entertainment facilities, public service buildings, shopping malls, commercial facilities, Buildings such as residential buildings.

Al-Mg-Mn alloy plate insulation board structure:

1. Waterproof and breathable layer:

A layer of functional film laid outside the insulation (insulation) layer of the building envelope, suitable for curtain wall, profiled steel, steel (wood) structure, masonry and other composite exterior walls and slope roofs. By encapsulating the insulation (insulation) layer of the enclosure structure, the penetration of water and air into the building is reduced, and at the same time, the maintenance structure and the indoor moisture are discharged, thereby effectively preventing the formation of molds and condensed flood walls and roofs, and ensuring The performance of insulation (insulation) materials is used to achieve energy savings and improve building durability.

2. Moisture-proof vapor barrier:

The vapor barrier film is used for the inner surface of the wall or roof insulation layer, and is non-permeable to steam, which prevents the indoor water vapor from penetrating into the enclosure structure, thereby effectively ensuring the insulation performance of the insulation material and the durability of the structure.

3. Thermal insulation layer:

The glass wool felt with a thermal conductivity of less than or equal to 0.058 and the rock wool board with a thermal conductivity of 0.044 or less are not suitable for the combustion performance of the aluminum-magnesium-manganese roofing panel.
