Floor plan: Due to the hotel's/dormitory's needs, the layout of each floor is the same.

Ground floor : 2 bedrooms + 1 kitchen + 1 dinning space + 1 living space + 1 bathroom  

First floor : 2 bedrooms + 1 kitchen + 1 dinning space + 1 living space + 1 bathroom 

Remark:  

The floor plan can be adjusted by client’s request. Meanwhile, the external looking can be revised by client’s options.

Why container house? 

	The filling between the aluminum alloy panels can be made with different material but all have in common that are A1 level fireproof which gives the highest standard of protection against fire.
	The modules can be assembled easily and quickly on site and after that can be moved if necessary to make  it very useful for temporary construction site to house workers or tool during the construction period.
	The aluminum alloy panels are very durable and they are painted with a special paint which against natural elements and parasites.The steel profiles and structures are galvanized and painted, that makes the lifespan last more than 30 years against bad natural conditions such humid and rainy.

Packing & Delivery:  

☆ Packing: 

For quick assembled container houses at standard size, we can load max 15 sets; 

If it’s flat packed container houses at standard size, we can load max 6 sets. 

☆ Delivery: 

Delivery time for regular designs and colors: 7-10 days ; 

Delivery time for special designs and colors: 15-20 days ; 

Delivery term: FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP is available.
