Recently, Alina, our manager at Yumisteel, arranged for our colleague Connie to lead an internal sharing session on Container House product knowledge. Connie has solid front-line sales experience and a deep understanding of both product details and real-world shipping challenges. The goal of this session was clear: to help every team member master the core features of different container house types, reduce mistakes during order execution, and ultimately improve customer satisfaction.

During the sharing, Connie broke down Container Houses into five main types: Quick-assemble container houses, Flat-packed container houses, Folding container houses, Flat-packed folding container houses, and Expandable container houses. She explained the key features of each type. For example, folding types save return freight costs and are ideal for temporary sites. Expandable types offer more living space once set up. Quick-assemble types are beginner-friendly and fast to install. She also highlighted important shipping precautions: steel pallets and edge protectors are a must. Seal strips and locking rods must be checked before loading. Moisture control and stacking limits must be respected during sea freight. Connie also listed the certificates clients often request, including CE, ISO9001, SGS material reports, and fire resistance test reports. Finally, she presented a clear comparison of the five types in terms of cost, installation time, durability, and best-use scenarios. This comparison made it much easier for all of us to understand which type to recommend for different customer needs.

This internal sharing was truly valuable. It not only helped all of us reinforce our product knowledge on Container Houses, but more importantly, Connie walked us through real problems that have occurred during past shipments. Issues such as surface scratches caused by poor packaging, outdated certificate versions being rejected by clients, and missing accessories when mixing different types in one container were all discussed with root causes and solutions. This hands-on experience sharing will greatly help us serve our customers better going forward. Everyone left the session feeling more confident and better prepared.
