PIR Sandwich panel instruction:
Wall sandwich panel with visible joint PIR is used to construct external walls and internal partitions in the single- or multiple-span shell structure. The panel can be installed both vertically and horizontally. PIR sandwich panel is characterized by very good thermal insulation properties and strength, as well as very high fire resistance properties. The core of the panel comprises polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) of 40 kg/m3 in total density.

Application:
PIR sandwich wall panel or Polyisocyanurate sandwich wall panel are applied as external walls and internal division walls, installed vertically or horizontally on single or multi-span structure.

Panel Packing & Storage:
☆Packing:
Seaworthy packing standards.
- PVC on both sides to protect the roof panel surfaces.
- Packed with kraft paperto protect the panel ends.
Put EPS foam on the each space to keep the panels from squeezing each other.
- Store the panel in covered area.
- There must be sleepers,or other materials suitable as a bottom for the panels stack.
- Max 2 meters high you can stack the panels.
- Roof panels are better to place above on wall panles.
