Polystyrene (EPS) sandwich panel
The EPS sandwich panel is made of polystyrene foams bonded to color coated steel plates on both sides of the EPS core material. The sandwich layer is polystyrene foam, which is prepared by heating and pre-foaming hair polystyrene beads and then heating and forming in the mold. The sheet has a closed pore structure.
The core material is made of raw materials through pre-hair, curing, molding, drying and cutting.
It can be made into different density, different shape of foam products, and can produce a variety of different thickness of foam board.
Widely used in construction, insulation, packaging, freezing, daily necessities, industrial casting and other fields.
