2. Z steel frame hole punching standards:

1)Our standard round hole’s diameter is 14 mm;

2)Our elongated hole’s length is 28 mm, width is 14mm;

3)Punching holes or not could be customized;

4)If you have special demand on the hole size,we could also follow your request to adjust the hole size.

4. Z purlins application:

Z purlins are an ideal product which could offer long spans between portal frames for your commercial buildings.Z Purlins are available in various sizes,and it’s in high material strengths to match the design computations of your building.Compared to Cee purlins,Z section frame is more suitable for large slope roofing system.

5. Site storage notes:

‌1)Galvanized purlins should be stored with a sleeper or base material,to avoid ground moisture;

2) Zee purlin can't be contacted aluminum directly or the ground;

3) If the exterior surface of Zee shaped purlins is found to be dirty,it should be cleaned as soon as possible,to avoid more rusty possibility;

4) The purlins should be wiped dry in time after being exposed to water so as to prevent the surface from becoming black.

6. Galvanised Z purlins installation notes:

1) Metal purlins shall be hoisted to the roof in time so as to avoid causing a concentrated load and deform the door frame;

2) Z shpaed purlins should be installed with the same direction and be nice and tidy. After tightening the installation bolts, the threads should be roughened to prevent loosening;

3) Any mounting bolt holes must not be arbitrarily used for gas cutting.
