4.Panel production process:

Hydraulic uncoiler:

Our new uncoiler is with automation level and can uncoil 8 ~ 10 tons steel coils at one time.In this way,it can improve product output rate,and reduce the material wastage.And it can save cost,when it’s big order.

Film mulching & panel cutting:

Our PVC films required no less than 5C.When its special material,we can use high strength and high mucosa films to protect the surface coating.

RCH-I:By making high frequency sparks to break the bottom side of color steel,which can help improve the panel strength,when steel sheets are attaching to core material.

Forming equipment:

Nine channels deviation correction device is to make sure internal and external sheets can be with zero error.At the same time,it can make sure the joint be tight.

Preheating equipment:

Preheating equipment is to make preheating for steel sheets.According to the research,when its under 30 ~ 40 ,the steel sheets adhesiveness is the best.

Fully automatic cotton renewal device:

When its rockwool or glass wool panels cutting,it can be cut and turned over 90°when bonding.This is not only improving the panel strength,but also increasing the adhesiveness between steel sheets and insulation layer.The speed is 6m / minutes.

6 or 7-component polyurethane on-line foaming:

The utility model is composed of a material tank,a material distributing rod and a temperature control part.We have 6-component polyurethane on-line foaming and 7-component polyurethane on-line foaming technology.

On-line polyurethane foaming:

The second main part of our equipment is the errors of flatness and machining accuracy are within 0.10mm.Basically it can be zero error.And the temperature control of the whole double track is particularly accurate.26m super long double tracks can make sure the panel cutting time enough,and keep panel in stable performance and good quality.

Automatic cutting machine:

We have two kinds of cutting process,one is circular saw,which can make sure cutting accuracy greatly.The other one is band saw,which is mainly used for panels with stainless steel sheets or panel thickness is over 150mm.
