1.Product introduction:

All the Yumi brand Z sections are made of hot-dip galvanised steel strips,standards could be Q195/235/345,and zinc coating is from 60-275g/m².Q195/235/345 is meaning the material with minimum strength at yield point 195/235/345 MPa.Here we could also produce the standards and zinc coating as per customers’ requirement.Please contact us for details,thank you.

2.Z purlin size range:

Note:If customized Zee purlins size is required,please don’t be hesitated to contact with us and let us know the size details.Our production team will check and see if we could meet your demand on the special size.

3.Z purlin application

Z section purlin could be used for single spans,lapped continuous and unlapped continuous spans in multi-bay buildings.Lapped continuous spans result in a considerable capacity increase in the system.Z steel profile is mainly used on large slope roofing system,because its special shape.

4.Z purlin product coding:

“Z”,this English letter stands for the section shape,and the following number is to indicate the section depth in millmeters designates profiles and thickness.

For example,if you want to purchase Z25020,it means Z purlin in deepth 250mm,and thickness is 2.0mm.Of course,if you still don’t understand the size,we have people to offer you the explanation in details.

5.Available length of Z galvanized purlins

Our purlins could be available to any customer required length,however there are some limitations,because of container size.

For 20FT container,max 5.8meters;

For 40FT container,max 11.8meters.

If any other length longer than 11.8 meters,we advise to consider 45 FT container.We will do our best to meet your length demand.

6.Packing&Storage on-site:

Zee purlins are well packed and delivered in strapped bundles.The actual quantity in each bundle will be different,according to different section sizes,order quantity and steel purlin length.

For purlin accessories,we usually deliver in strapped or wired bundles,bags,cartoons,or packages,based on different kind of accessories.But we promise all the products will be well protected before delivering to customers.

If steel purlins are not for immediate use,steel sections must be neatly stacked off the ground with a slight slope and sleeper under the section frames.In this way,water could be drained away from Z purlins.All the C&Z purlins and related accessories should not be left exposed in the open for extended periods,they much be protected with dry plastic cover.
