-To meet the requirements of rapid construction of the main steel structure, it can provide a firm working platform in a short time, and can use multiple floors to lay profiled steel plates and layered concrete slabs.

-In the use stage, the floor deck is used as the tensile steel bar of the concrete floor slab, which also improves the rigidity of the floor slab and saves the amount of steel and concrete.

-The surface embossing of the profiled slab makes the maximum bonding force between the floor deck and the concrete, so that the two form a whole, with stiffening ribs, so that the floor deck system has high bearing capacity.

-Under cantilever conditions, the floor deck is only used as a permanent formwork. The length of the cantilever can be determined according to the cross-sectional characteristics of the floor deck. In order to prevent the cantilever slab from cracking, it is necessary to equip the support with negative reinforcement according to the design of the structural engineer。

Compared with the open floor deck, the installation technology advantage of the closed floor deck:

-The bearing slabs of the closed floor are processed in the factory in strict accordance with the design paving plan, and the order of the slabs has been numbered. On-site construction does not require cutting and patching, which is convenient for on-site installation of steel structure companies;

 -When arranging the bearing slab of a closed floor, it is only necessary to arrange the slabs according to the span. When connecting with the steel beams, since the bottom of the slab is flat, there is enough area to connect with the steel beams. Therefore, it can be laid directly without treatment (the open board needs to be cut and patched to avoid false overlap with the steel beam);

-Open floor deck slabs should be blocked at the ports to prevent pouring concrete from leaking through the bottom opening of the slab, and closed floor decks do not need end blocking due to the closed web;

-Since the bottom of the closed floor deck is flat, it can be fully integrated with the upper wing plate of the steel beam, no matter whether it is horizontally or along with the steel beam. Therefore, the top surface of the upper wing plate of the steel beam does not need to be sprayed with fireproof coating. However, there is a cavity between the open steel bearing plate and the steel beam, and a shoulder plug is required to fill the cavity;

-The closed floor deck completely replaces the lower steel bars, reducing the amount of on-site steel production, which can reduce on-site labor and speed up construction. At the same time, cancel the original design of the lower steel bar, which can provide more space for laying wire sleeves in the floor;
