What’s the payment term?

As per company rule,for first time cooperation customer,we require 30% deposit,and 70% payment before shipment.Because steel industry in China,all are cash transaction.For long-term customers,we could accept 30% deposit and 70% payment L/C at sight.For other payment term,welcome you to discuss with us.

We have professional sales team,could offer one-to-one service.And salesman will contact other department for other service,like engineering,packing,production,salesman will check in details and reply to customers.In this way,which could be convenient for customers.Because not all our people could understand English or other foreign language,also if customers to contact too many people is inconvenient.The one-to-one service will allow the salesperson to self-improve while also allowing the salesperson to learn more about your product or project.
